Terms

Until 7 days before arrival free of charge.
Until 3 days before arrival 50% of the reservation.
Less than 3 days before arrival is a 100% cancellation fee.
On late arrival or earlier departure full price will be charged.
A refund of non used rooms is not possible.
We recommend that you take a travel/cancellation insurance.

Upon arrival our hotel rooms are available from 15.00.
On day of departure the room must be vacated by latest 11.00.
There is no claim to the provision of certain rooms. If booked rooms are for any reason no longer available, the hotel is obliged to offer a replacement room in the hotel or in a similar hotel.
Normally we serve an evening meal on halfboard basis.
Settlement of the bill by cash or credit card on the departure day.
If you wish us to issue an invoice prior to arrival please let us know well in advance.
We reserve the right to invoice the full calculated amount well in advance of the arrival.
